Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale - no refunds or exchanges:
- Sale and discounted items
- Custom color orders
- Exhaust systems
- Tires
- Fairings
- Seats
- Suspension and inverted front ends
- Hofmann Designs components
- Internal engine components
- Any item that has been opened or installed
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled — parts that have been mounted or installed cannot be returned
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
All approved returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Speed-Kings Cycle.
How to Start a Return
Email Support@Speed-KingsCycle.com with:
- Your order number, name, and phone number
- The reason for your return or exchange
- Photos, if they help explain the issue
When shipping your return, use a trackable shipping service. Speed-Kings Cycle is not responsible for returns lost in transit, and no refund will be issued for a lost return.
Refund Details
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping labels are not provided or reimbursed by Speed-Kings Cycle.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for your refund to post to your original payment method.
Haven't received your refund?
- Check your bank account again - refunds can take a few days to appear.
- Contact your credit card company. It typically takes 4–5 business days to post after processing.

Defective Items
Speed-Kings Cycle replaces items with defects or manufacturing issues only on products we manufacture. For all other brands, please contact the original manufacturer directly for warranty support.
